And once again dipping into the Pasco County file, a 34-year-old woman was arrested yesterday for driving a 13-year-old girl to Townsend Road off of Old Lakeland Highway in Dade City, and forcing her to take off her clothes and walk down the road naked.
According to a Bay News 9 story, the woman also abused the teen while the teen was in the car, saying she "slapped the girl in the face, punched her in the back multiple times, and grabbed both of her breasts, twisting them so hard she caused an injury." Authorities interviewed the victim after the incident following a call about child abuse, and confirmed that the 13-year-old had been injured.
The woman's relationship to the teen was not disclosed, though she reportedly said she was angry that another party had not allowed her to spank the teen as a disciplinary measure.
The woman has been charged with child abuse, because "being a sadistic ghoul" isn't technically the name of any specific crime.
