The theme of this year’s St. Pete Pride Festival, the 9th annual celebration of all things LGBT, is “One Day.” The phrase applies not just to June 25, 2011, when tens of thousands will crowd the Grand Central District, but to a day in the future when equality is a given, not a partially realized dream.
But what about the impact that is made on Tampa Bay every day of the year by LGBT citizens? That question was the genesis for CL's photo essay, A Day in the Life of Gay Tampa Bay.
