We now have new renderings of the 53-story Riverwalk Place tower in downtown Tampa. Developers, who will begin pushing sales in October, shared the images today, and it's gonna cost you a buncha money to live there, honey.

The condo and office tower is slated to go up on the intersection of Ashley Drive and Brorein Street, which is a short walk away from Amalie Arena, the Tampa Convention Center and Publix, but the TBBJ is reporting that prices for any of the 205 condo units run from the "$600,000s to $2 million."

Reid Boren, managing partner of Southwest Florida's Two Roads Development, which is partnering with Feldman Equities on the $350-million tower, told the Tampa Bay Times that the pace of reservations has been "awfully good, better than we expected."

Must be nice.

Feldman is handling the office portion of Riverwalk Place, according to TBBJ, and Two Road is overseeing the residential units, but Boren wouldn't say when construction would start.

“We’re conservative. We’re not going to start until we are sure people want to live there and we’ve gotten it right,” he said. “We feel very confident this is going to go great.”
