
Less than a year after its inaugural event, Tampa’s Pride on 7th is back tomorrow, April 30, in a new, central locale — the bustling, uber gay-friendly Centro Ybor — starting at 9 a.m.
Last year’s celebration, held in August at The Heights on Ola Avenue, was a smaller-scale version of what organizers hoped Pride on 7th will continue to grow into, a dry run, if you will, to see how much attention they could initially attract. Drawing out 3,000 event-goers, they decided to aim bigger and better this go-round.
