Two years ago, Rosey Williams' store Ramblin' Rose Upcycle was an overflowing gypsy's closet at the end of the Crislip Arcade on the 600 block in St. Petersburg. Now, Williams and co-owner Kaitlin Crockett are joining forces with Star Booty Salon (681 Central Ave.), taking over the front retail space at the punk rock hair salon owned by Mimi Reilly.
"It was a super emotional decision [to move] but it is really good," Williams said Monday. "The opportunity came up and we decided it would be perfect."
