Democrats and other critics of Florida's education system are pouncing on Tony Bennett's resignation.
The state's Commissioner of Education officially resigned today amidst reports surfacing that he changed grades for a charter school run by a major Republican donor in his home state of Indiana.
Bennett called such reports unfounded, but said, "I don't think the children of Florida, the State Board of Education or our governor deserve me constantly having to deal with this while commissioner."
