Although I am an attorney by profession, I love movies, great ones, bad ones, new ones, old ones, you name it. When I was in high school I think my best friend and I saw every release Summer release that came out. That is why he won CL's 2009 Holiday Auction "Be a Movie Critic" for me for a Christmas present. It was a fantastic experience and I'm very pleased the folks here at CL liked it enough to let me to do more.
I was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. I graduated from The Ohio State University in 1992 and received my law degree from the University of Toledo in 1995. My wife and I moved to Florida after graduation and I instantly fell in love with this state and with Tampa where we now share a home with two young children, three dogs and two cats.
I will usually go for directors over actors and am a fan of Scorsese and Eastwood. I also find that Kevin Smith and the View Askewniverse really feeds my inner nerd.
