GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney is no doubt a busy man. And his local supporters? Apparently the Romney camp thinks they have time to burn, as the co-front runner for the GOP nomination for president appeared a full hour later than scheduled for his 4 p.m. speech on trade at the Tampa Port Authority on Tuesday afternoon.

Dressed casually in a white button-down shirt sans jacket, Romney spoke for only ten minutes on the subject of trade in front of approximately 80 people — and predictably, he took up about half of that time criticizing Barack Obama for his perceived lack of skills in that area.
