Did you get a chance to see Marco Rubio on CBS yesterday morning? The former House Speaker was pretty slick in his responses on Face the Nation, including a denial that he’s ever used his RPOF credit card on personal expenses. Meanwhile, his lead is growing against Charlie Crist and Kendrick Meek.
One House Democrat that the entire Republican party establishment would love to bring down this fall is Orlando Congressman Alan Grayson, who will not go down without a big fight. Grayson is sure to outrage more of the GOP with his latest incendiary ad against opponent Daniel Webster in their race for Florida’s 8th Congressional district.
And House Democrats look like they’re ready to go home without voting on extending the Bush era tax cuts, since they don’t want to extend them for the wealthiest 2% of the country and the GOP does, and thus the stalemate.
