Sami Al-Arian, the former USF professor in prison after beating serious terrorism charges but pleading to one count of conspiracy to help a terrorist organization, is in the third week of a hunger strike as federal prosecutors try to force him to testify in a Virginia case. He gave an in-depth telephone interview to Amy Goodman of Democracy Now, and it is set to air starting at 12:06 p.m. on WMNF 88.8 FM today.
