Shireen Chada was born in India and educated in both India and the United States. After finishing her graduate work in Civil Engineering, she became keenly aware of the profound sorrow in the world and began to search for a purpose that would tend to and dissolve that sorrow. In time, she discovered the Brahma Kumaris in Tampa Bay. There, she experienced a natural connection with the Supreme as a source of Power. The experience touched her deeply and it soon became clear that her purpose was to align herself with God and help create a new story for humanity. Shireen has been a practicing yogi for more than 15 years and currently coordinates the activities of the Brahma Kumaris in Tampa Bay and the initiative Celebrating Human Greatness.
