Good Monday. Some things happened this past weekend while you were running around trying to get the decent gifts before getting ready to go to the holiday thing, and also trying to remember what the holiday thing was the next night that you were also supposed to go to. Here are some of those things.

FRIDAY, DEC. 11:

According to research by Estately, the things Florida Googled most often in 2015 included Obamacare, Marco Rubio, concealed weapons permits, Donald Trump's net worth, and housing prices. So, we're like *this much* more intellectually curious than Georgia, which was obsessed with "stanky leg dance" and "blake shelton divorce." Sweet.

A Spring Hill man and his 17-year-old stepson were arrested for selling weed out of their home and at a nearby school. Role modeling — it's still a thing!

SATURDAY, DEC. 12:

A Clearwater Police-led gun buyback program netted more than 450 guns and gave out $37,860 in Walmart gift cards. What's the over-under on how many of these guns (three-quarters of which were rifles and shotguns) were used to commit crime? And do you think the money used to purchase gift cards (which came from funds seized during investigations) could've been put to better use helping to fund those body cameras the Clearwater Police say are too expensive to implement? Seriously, we're asking.

SUNDAY, DEC. 13:

And finally, penalties and errors cost the Bucs their game against the Saints, and in all probability their playoff hopes. So nice that they've shaken off the tarnish and redeemed their rep after what happened at last season's end…
