We've got that it's-a-Tuesday-that-feels-like-Monday feeling again:

St. Pete mayor Rick Kriseman's sarcastic tweet banning Donald Trump from St. Pete in the wake of Trump's own "ban Muslims" comments went viral. And, in a shocking twist, some people overreacted online.

In other St. Pete news, the city is getting a $500K grant from the state's transportation department to develop a rapid-transit bus route from downtown to the beaches. "That's exactly what I needed to inspire me to leave the urban core and take more advantage of the beautiful beaches I never see," said no one.

And finally, Rick Scott tentatively reached an agreement with the Seminole Tribe on gambling that allows the tribe to keep and add to table games in its casinos in exchange for giving the state the option expand gaming of its own, among other allowances. What does it all mean? That your old-school creepy uncle will have to put up with more sunglasses-clad Texas Hold 'Em douches at the track, and that I might be able to play roulette out at the Hard Rock soon.
