Maybe it's the dearth of shit happening, or something, that makes it so slow. We're almost to Friday, sort of. But it's also sort of like a Tuesday. And a Wednesday. Definitely not a Friday.
Other thing that should be over but isn't: Roy Moore's unwillingness to just give it a rest already. Seriously, it's been 16 days since the Alabama special election, and he's still forging ahead in an alternate reality where voter fraud exists and was enough of a problem that it affected the outcome of the race.
Moore wasn't the only potentially dangerous mall fixture in the news this week (allegedly). Et tu, Claire's? Asbestos makeup?
And, finally, yes, Big Tobacco must still pay.
