The giant piece of land in Ruskin that includes the recently built Amazon warehouse/fulfillment center sold for more than $103 million, making it the largest industrial real estate deal in Tampa history. Meanwhile, there's been no movement on that drum machine from the '90s I put up on Craigslist.
SATURDAY, JUNE 25:
The St. Pete Pride Night Parade was both an emotional tribute to those lost in the Orlando shootings and a celebration of love and community. Some reports called this year's event comparatively somber; whoever wrote those reports was obviously not hanging around with Gay Pride Cat, Bondage Possum Lady or The Mostly Naked Go-Go Dancing Soccer Team. Shit was divine.
SUNDAY, JUNE 26:
And finally, The Orioles destroyed the Tampa Bay Rays 12-5 in Baltimore, handing our home team its 11th straight loss. What's the opposite of pride? Shame. For shame, professional baseball people.
