So you thought all the beads-and-beers parades were over with the passing of the Gasparilla season last week? Those guys in the Teddy Roosevelt uniforms prove you wrong, bringing us the 12th edition of the Rough Riders' St. Patrick's Parade. The parade cranks up for a pass through Ybor City on Seventh Avenue, complete with 90 floats, marching bands and most of the bigger krewes. The grand marshal is University of South Florida's head football coach, Jim Leavitt. Co-sponsors of the event are Jack Daniel's and Bacardi. How appropriate.
