Two of RuPaul's fiercest drag racers appear back to back, so to speak, on Friday and Saturday nights of Pride Weekend: Tyra Sanchez and Pandora Boxx.
That's Miss Tyra Sanchez to you: winner, nay, queen of RuPaul's Drag Race Season 2. Miss Tyra headlines Pride in Fashion at Macy's, a special event to benefit St. Pete Pride presented by the Tyrone Square Macy's on Friday, June 25th from 6-8:30 p.m. She'll be joined by comedienne Christine O'Leary, and everyone gets to ogle the latest innovations in underwear from Papi's. It should be worth the $10 suggested donation just to see the faces of the mallwalkers when they stumble onto this fabulous sea of sequins and briefs.
And you not only get complimentary hors d'oeuvres and champagne for your $10 (provided by Georgie's Alibi and Barefoot Wines and Bubbly), you may also get your $10 back — in the form of a gift card to be used on merchandise (if you're one of the first 250 customers to make a donation). Miss T promises to do a live performance after the fashion show, and all proceeds benefit St. Pete Pride.
