We're still in a holding pattern regarding the voting purge of non-citizens in Florida. All of the Supervisor of Elections throughout the state have halted such investigations.
But it's not over, not by a long shot. The Department of Justice has told Governor Rick Scott to cut it out. He, essentially, has told the feds, you cut it out, and give us access to a better database.
In the meantime, MSNBC's Christ Matthews led off Hardball Thursday night highlighting the issue, with the always colorful Ian Sancho, supervisor of elections from Leon County, and Deirdre Macnab from the League of Women Voters his opening guests:
