For the past month and a half, downtown art space Flight 19 has played host to Stickyback, a celebration of sticker and poster art as a uniquely urban media for artistic expression. (Stickyback ran concurrently with USF's fringe and urban art exhibit, Beautiful Losers.) By now, the gallery/workshop is awash in logos, statements, mantras and advertisements, as reports indicate "material" has been sent in from all over the country for inclusion in this interactive, cumulative exhibition. Flight 19 bids a fond farewell to the show — and its accompanying solo exhibition by Spank Hudas, Adhesive Geek — with a closing party featuring music by Dead Horse Detective Agency and DJ Matt "Count Zero" Mikas, as well as multimedia projects by Mindbomb and Transmaniacon MC, and a poster-and-flyer retrospective from former local pirate radio station 87X and former local record store/live-music venue The Blue Chair. Fri., Dec. 16, 7 p.m.-midnight, Union Station Baggage Building, 601 Nebraska Ave., Tampa, free admission, 813-238-5910, www.experimentalskeleton.com.
