This Sunday, January 10, Sweetwater Organic Community Farm in Tampa is hosting a gardening workshop, 'Organic Gardening in Central Florida', presented by Willow LaMonte, an herbalist and experienced organic gardener.
The class will discuss composting and mulching practices, frost protection, as well as water saving techniques and the best practices to promote healthy soil.
