is once again under the gun of Pasco County authorities. Under the guise of zoning regulations, county law enforcement is attempting to push the swingers club out of its location and out of business. According to Tampa's ABC Action News, the county is attempting to label the club as a sex oriented business. This type of business is not permitted in retail areas. Authorities would prefer the club be relocated to the outskirts of town, in an industrial park like some dirty secret.
