The most piratey pool in Tampa Bay is once again for sale.
Located at 19165 Geraci Rd., the home was built in 2007, and for years was a well-known party house, attracting celebrities like DJ Khaled, Cuba Gooding J, and DJ Jazzy Jeff.
According to the Tampa Bay Times, in 2009 the home hosted a notorious Super Bowl 43 party sponsored by Hennessy, which attracted over 1,000 guests and, of course, Hillsborough County Code Enforcement.
But the “House of Hennessy” partying days are long gone.
The 4,700-square-foot estate comes with five bedrooms and six bathrooms, as well as a three-car garage, a half basketball court, and a 120,000 gallon, $1.5-million pool featuring a waterslide and a pirate ship with functioning water cannons, says the listing.
The “House of Hennessy” has been on and off the market since 2021. But was most recently sold in February 2023, by international professional basketball player and Hernando High School standout Kyle Swanston for $2.2 million.
The house is now asking $5,599,900, and the listing agent is Alexandria Romo of Mihara & Associates.
