Ever since the stunning news of the death of Tampa Epoch publisher Bill Sharpe earlier this month, questions have surfaced about whether the monthly homeless newspaper could survive his passing.

The May issue of the homeless paper will be distributed to salespeople next Tuesday, but beyond that lies uncertainty, according to an email issued out by a group calling themselves "Friends of Bill."

They write that the "Tampa Epoch was finally being recognized, accepted, understood and even celebrated. But the death of Sharpe on April 2, 2012 left the future of the Tampa Epoch in doubt. "
