Tampa mayor Bob Buckhorn says he still has a little juice left in his old body

This afternoon, outgoing Tampa mayor Bob Buckhorn claims to have caught a dinger at the Rays' game against the White Sox in Chicago, a feat similar to the classic moment from the film Ferris Bueller's Day Off.

“Maybe @RaysBaseball will have a spot for me once I leave office. I just caught a foul ball at their game against the @WhiteSox!,” tweeted the mayor, who did not give a reason why he was playing hooky in Chicago.

When questioned if this actually happened, given the nature of Buckhorn's seating area, the 60-year-old Buckhorn responded, “Sure nuff. Still got a little juice in this old body.”
