The track "Money on My Mind" pretty much sums up the theme of White Kollar Hustlin. This is the second full-length issued by Tampa native Terrance "Terock" Brock on his own 8522 Music label. The MC/producer's smooth, Southern flow brims with the confidence and tunefulness of a man who's been spitting since age 12 — and professionally since 2000, with his former outfit Illsyadas. Brock's adroit delivery, though, doesn't quite match the actual lyrical content, which largely lacks memorable wordplay and rarely deviates from the coke-dealing, "paper chase" template. Slick synths, ominous strings, jittery hi-hat and sparse, heavy beats amount to serviceable sonics that are catchy but not exactly innovative. 2.5 stars
