Britain's oldest touring opera company, Carl Rosa Opera, brings The Mikado to Clearwater tonight. Gilbert & Sullivan's comic operetta pokes fun at Victorian English culture via a convoluted plot about the imaginary Japanese town of Titipu and its absurd society.
