I just got back from Uncle Rodney's Rib House. The place is a glorified shack on South MacDill, with no AC and the best barbecue in all of Tampa. Seriously. I haven't had chopped pork this moist and flavorful since my last visit to Austin. And Rodney's collard greens make even a non-veggie eating carnivore such as me drool.

PoHo and I sweated through our meal, but it was well worth it. Soon, Rodney will have AC, a fresh interior, patio and a beer/wine license. Which means, soon, I will be eating dinner there on a daily basis.

In honor of Rodney's sublime pig, and the upcoming Labor Day weekend, which should find every red-blooded American hovering over a grill, here's a list of tasty tunes.
