In his first nonpartisan event in the Tampa Bay area since he was elected last fall, Florida freshman U.S. Senator Marco Rubio will be in Tampa Friday morning, holding a "constituent coffee" at Stetson University College of Law at 10:00 a.m.

Rubio is expected to speak for roughly 15 minutes, and then take questions from citizens.

Rubio was on the radio this morning on Miami news radio, where he took a shot at President Obama, accusing him of not showing leadership in the current discussions about finding a budget to fund the government for the next 6 1/2 months, as you can hear him speak with Jimmy Cefalo (the former Dolphin?)
