Hurting from a seriously excellent wedding last night that included a performance by the always awesome Legendary J.C.'s, I woke up this afternoon and stumbled across "The Almost-Impossible Rock & Roll Quiz" at RollingStone.com: Fifty-eight questions ranging from Motown minutia to obscure shit about the Backstreet Boys.
I huddled over the computer, swore off Googling and/or perusing the music guides that line my bookshelves, or my actual CD collection, and, with my head still throbbing from excessive alcohol consumption the night before … scored a 35, which makes me a "whiz," but one who needs to pay more attention to the liner notes.
