A new take on a wine tasting, WineRave ART XTC is the latest and greatest Creative Loafing Wine Club event. Held at the West Tampa Center for the Arts, Wine Rave spotlights more than 50 wines, among them, Chehalem 2007 Inox Chardonnay, La Crema Chard and Pinot, Murphy-Goode Sauvignon Blanc, and Bonterra Zinfandel. In addition, guests can peruse artworks by a few dozen of WTCA's artists-in-residence and enjoy appetizers by Chavez at Home, specialty cocktails by Partida Tequila and Three Olives Vodka, and live spins. Proceeds benefit WTCA and Sweetwater Organic Farm. Sat., Nov. 22, 8-11 p.m., 1906 N. Armenia Ave., Tampa, $25 in advance/$30 at the door (cash or check, 21 and up only).
