As we reported here yesterday, Hillsborough County Commissioners (finally!) approved the 75 magic words that will appear on the November ballot regarding the 1-cent sales tax referendum on transportation.
That doesn't mean that everything has been wrapped up in a nice little bow, though. There are several other hurdles to be dealt with, such as what road projects will be recipients of the 25% of the tax apportioned for them, and the "pesky details" that will be part of the Interlocal Agreement between the county and three cities in it, and HART.
However, now an organized campaign can begin.
