There was some debate about whether to give this award to the daily debacle northbound on the Howard Frankland Bridge entering Tampa or the “watch us erect a giant overpass” traffic nightmare on Eisenhower around T.I.A. Upon further review, though, aren’t they the same thing? Think of it as a giant traffic snake, with its tongue-flicking head at the Anderson Road toll plaza on the Veterans Expressway and the slithering tail extending far across the bridge. You, drivers, are the ones passing through the digestive system. To the unfortunate souls who deal with this clusterfuck on a daily basis, we salute you. To the workers doing the daily construction, please hurry!
