Tampa City Council

Meets every Thursday at 9 a.m. in Council Chambers, third floor of historic City Hall, 315 E. Kennedy Blvd. "Agenda Audience," early in the meeting, allows citizens to address items on the agenda; "General Audience and Comments from the Floor" is an open forum held at the end of the meeting. Three-minute limit.

Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners

Meets first and third Wednesdays of every month, 9 a.m. on second floor of County Center, 601 E. Kennedy Blvd., Tampa. "Public Comment" held early in the meeting, three-minute limit (session lasts 45 minutes).

St. Petersburg City Council

Meets first Thursday of the month, 8:30 a.m.; second and third Thursdays of the month, 3 p.m., Council Chamber, City Hall, 175 5th St. N, St. Petersburg. "Open Forum" at end of meeting; citizens can speak once a month (restricted to city residents, property owners or business owners). Three-minute limit.

Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners

Meets twice a month, usually, but not always, on the first (9:30 a.m.) and third (3 p.m.) Tuesdays, fifth floor of County Courthouse, 315 Court St., Clearwater. "Citizens to Be Heard" happens at the beginning of the 9:30 meeting and the 3 p.m. meeting (6:30 p.m.). Three-minute limit.
