Former County Attorney Renee Lee appeared before an Administrative Law Judge on Wednesday, May 9, 2012 in an attempt to quash the fact that the Florida Ethics Commission found that she violated state ethics law when she participated in giving herself a salary increase without the knowledge and/or approval of the Hillsborough County Commission.
