Lisa Tighe O Som Do Jazz entertains crowds on the plaza Midday By The Bay is a free outdoor concert series offered by Progress Energy Center's Mahaffey Theater and The Dali Museum taking place in the waterfront plaza between those two buildings every Friday between noon and 2 p.m. through May 27.
