St. Louis punk bands Wes Hoffman & Friends, and Vallencourt, came to Pinellas County last Saturday, and got a bunch of help from homegrown punk bands on the way to selling out Static Fest inside Dunedin Brewery’s neighboring Moon Tower venue.
