It's the house that aggregation built.
Matt Drudge, the fedora-wearing conservative publisher who runs the popular link farm website Drudge Report, put his Miami residence on the market last October for $2,999,000.
However, the asking price is now $2,499,500.
The 6,695-square-foot home was built in 1976, and comes with five bedroom and five bathrooms, as well as exposed beams, travertine floors, a covered pool area, a library, and a very secluded, nearly 5-acre, wooded lot.
Drudge founded his popular clickbait site in 1995, and is credited for breaking the Monica Lewinsky story, which ultimately led to the impeachment of former president Bill Clinton. More recently, the Republican was criticized by his peers for "turning" on the twice impeached and thrice indicted former president Donald Trump.
According to property records, Drudge purchased the home in 2011 for $1,450,000.
The listing agent is Nancy O'Brien of The Keyes Company.
