I first discovered this recipe after watching an episode of “Everyday Italian” with Giada De Laurentiis. The original recipe calls for blueberries, and wow, is that version delicious. So when my friend Emily asked if I could make the same turnovers with raspberries, I decided to give it a go. I also wanted to try a sauce to drizzle over the turnovers.
