SEFFNER — In less than two weeks, the world’s best wakeboarders will take over the harbor in front of the Tampa Convention Center in the Red Bull Wake Open. Even better for the Tampa Bay area, the battle in the boat, park and big air competitions will be featured all weekend on the NBC Sports Network with the Saturday event live on NBC.
On Monday, the team from Red Bull Tampa took over the McCormick’s Waterski Wakeboard and Cable Park in Seffner to kick off the hype leading up to the epic weekend. Several professional riders, including Orlando-resident Dallas Friday, participated in the exhibition for sponsors and local businesses associated with the event.
