SHINE Mural Festival returns for its fourth year of painting the (down)town. As part of its unstated but understood mission to "not stop painting until we run out of walls," SHINE will once again celebrate the art of the mural Oct. 6.-14. How will SHINE be different this year? Well, since we know precious little, all we can say is this: Last year, SHINE started on Oct. 5. Other than that, you can likely still expect different artists — locals and national-scene luminaries alike — with different styles painting different murals. One thing we do know, though, is as SHINE announces murals and locations, we'll have 'em all right here.
