BurgerFi is gearing up to celebrate eight years in the fast-casual restaurant business with deals on its bites and beverages. Next week, five anniversary specials — everything from discounts to freebies — will hit the gourmet burger franchise's locations in Tampa, Trinity and Seminole.
But diners must download the BurgerFi app to unlock the offers.
This is what's up for grabs: double points for loyalty members (Monday, Feb. 4); $5 cheeseburgers, veggie burgers and grilled or fried chicken sandwiches (Tuesday, Feb. 5); a free "freestyle" beverage with any purchase (Wednesday, Feb. 6); $2.50 shakes (Thursday, Feb. 7); and a free order of regular fries with any purchase (Friday, Feb. 8).
Based in South Florida, BurgerFi saw a 30 percent increase in revenue last year. The franchise expects to open 11 new stores throughout 2019 — all while serving relevant menu items.
