Do you want to make your pre-Fourth of July activities feel a little more French? Go to St. Petersburg on Wednesday when the all-boys Les Moineaux choir (it translates to “the sparrows”) sings sacred chants and generally classic, cultured songs at St. Joseph Catholic Church in St. Petersburg. The choir will be led and accompanied by François Olivier, organist of St. Eustache Parish in Paris. St. Eustache is neighbors with Notre Dame, and any donations collected at this free performance will go towards helping the fabled grand cathedral rebuild.

Les Moineaux. Wed., June 3, 7 p.m. Donations accepted. St. Joseph Catholic Church, St. Petersburg. dosp.org.
