As of right now, hours Tuesday through Thursday are strictly for dinner service, 4-11 p.m., extending to midnight on Friday. Saturday, the restaurant will be running 10 a.m.-midnight and close up shop on Sundays at 9 p.m.
Fans of The Mill in St. Pete can expect a similar food menu, and can look forward to a revamped wine, cocktail and beer list.
The restaurant has teamed up with Dean Hurst and R&D Hospitality to bring their boozy offerings to the next level.
Aesthetically, a water mill has been installed, as well as an installation by local artist, Istvan Torok.
