It’s been a big year for Dwight Yoakam. The King of Cool just accepted a lifetime achievement award at the 2024 Americana Music Awards, but also roped Post Malone into a new single from a new album, Brighter Days, which drops the day after this show.

In continuing a recent tradition of having top-notch openers at his BayCare Sound shows, the 68-year-old songwriter has tapped The Mavericks to warm up the crowd (Charley Crockett did the deed last year).

Tickets to see Dwight Yoakam and The Mavericks play BayCare Sound in Clearwater on Thursday, Nov. 14 are still available and start at $34.50.
