Have you ever craved a breakfast burrito and a bagel at the same time? Well, Einstein Bros. Bagels has just the thing for you.
The breakfast chain is introducing its one-of-a-kind burrito-bagel mashup to its menu this week—also known as the Bagelrito. This hand-held bagel innovation will be available at all Einstein Bros. Bagels locations nationwide, starting on Thurs., Feb 27. The Bagelrito is a tortilla packed with two cage-free eggs, thick-cut bacon, turkey sausage, three cheeses, hash browns, salsa and green chilies—which is hand-wrapped in Asiago bagel bread and baked fresh.
The Bagelrito concept was tested at a few Denver locations last year, and its immediate positive feedback let the Einstein Bros. Bagels brains know that they needed to make this creation available to customers nationwide.
Although Einstein Bros. Bagels have not listed a how much its Bagelrito will cost, the price of pure innovation is simply priceless.
