T’was Katie’s first night looking for love while swiping,
Fate would lead to a match and then some typing,
Kjel was his name, which seemed quite odd,
Fingers crossed that he isn’t a Sweeney Todd.
The two talked within the app until numbers were exchanged,
In hopes that a date would soon be arranged.
Their first date at Ulele was a night to remember,
To think, they actually met someone cool on Tinder!
Many adventures across the Bay until the two wanted more,
Shortly after they both had the key to the same apartment door.
They discovered new restaurants and breweries,
They even traveled together across the seas.
When they returned from their European trip including Oktoberfest,
Kjel took a knee, and you can guess the rest.
