I'm not sure what Einstein has to do with any of it, but it doesn't take a genius to figure out that good food and copious amounts of wine equal one good time. MOSI’s Einstein on Food & Wine event will feature 70 vintners with a variety of wines on hand, everything from reds, whites, champagnes, domestics and imports, and sumptuous food and desserts from 30-plus restaurants, including The Melting Pot and Ruth’s Chris Steak House. Proceeds from a silent auction benefit MOSI’s educational programs. Regular tickets are $60 for members, $70 for non-members and $80 if purchased the week of event. 7 p.m., Sat., Feb. 26. 21 and older only admitted. 4801 E.
