2002: Homeland Security introduces

advisory color codes:

“Low Risk” — green.

“Guarded” — blue.

“Elevated” — yellow.

“High Risk” — the color of:

Sunsets and

school buses;

pumpkins and

goldfish;

carrots and

a certain eponymous fruit.

 

2011: Homeland Security scuttles

 advisory color codes –

         well before anyone’s even aware

          that color codes may apply also to hair.
