The Creature from the Black Lagoon and The Revenge of the Creature took advantage of Florida’s gin-clear springs to bring 1950s audiences... monsters. Filmed in Silver and Wakulla Springs (among other places), these sci-fi classics brought the “horror,” Florida-style.
