
Are y'all ready for a little we-survived-Irma-humor?
Over the past few days we've amused ourselves with watching how the Gainesville Police Department handles its social media. They use Twitter and Facebook to post smart-ass-but-serious tweets about people doing stupid things during Irma:
UPDATE: Aaaand now it's come to light that one of the officers in the original photo has a habit of posting anti-Semitic comments online, because of course.

But what really set social media aflame was when the Gainesville PD started posting candid selfies of some of its more — ahem — physically fit officers.
